I made the bisquick mix as usual but with milk instead of water. Honestly it doesn’t make that much a difference. When I use water, I’m always sure to only use filtered though.

Next, I jazzed up the mix with a few drops of almond extract and stirred it in. Next, I added a spoonful of the blueberries and cream oatmeal mix. A little goes a long way with both of these ingredients!

I was a little distracted this morning and let them brown a tad more than I like.

My new Ring doorbell camera was being installed today and I was making pancakes and connecting the camera to the Echo Show at the same time. Not sure why it took me so long to get this Ring camera but welcome me to the club! I love it!

The pancakes came out yummy with a hint of Blueberry and almond extract. The dried blueberries from the oatmeal were tart and sweet in the finished cakes.

I topped it with some syrup that does not contain high fructose syrup and enjoyed! The camera was installed without any hiccups as well.
